Who knows the sea, he also knows what the bitt is. There are more then seven different types of bitts, the one on our location, is an open bitt.
The restaurant “La Bitta” is located in San Vincenzo sul Mare, Province of Livorno.
From this little pearl, it is possible to admire near Isola d'Elba, Capraia and Corsica as well; directly brought from the sea on our tables, the marvelous dishes of wild fish, rigorously fresh, can be tasted.
The cuisine is linked to simple taste, with recipes aimed at territory improvement. All our products are seasonal. We have a wine card, not only with famous brands, but also with delicious local wine included.
